Sally Barker
The Fiddle Tree's 2010 concert programme continues at Birnam Arts when top singer / guitarist Sally Barker will hotfoot it north from her Edinburgh Fringe Shows to present The Joni Mitchell Project. The concert starts at 8.00pm.
Sally Barker's captivating show of Joni Mitchell's poignant songs is dedicated to the cool Canadian from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan - one of the truly great singer/songwriters. Sally (of the all-women folk band `The Poozies') is joined by Glenn Hughes on piano and dulcimer. From the Satie-esque setting of `Blue' to the rockin' rumpus of `Raised on Robbery' these musicians take you on a dynamic journey through the heart and mind.
Full price tickets are £10 in advance or £12 on the door.
*Concessions: £8 advance / £10 on door. Under-18s: £5.
