Living Tradition Summer Schools will offer a quality learning experience and bring international masters of the folk arts to Scotland. The ‘arts workshops’ will be strongly based on the traditional arts – music, song, dance and storytelling – but will also include other art and craft activities, tutors and students from relevant local projects.
Several of our tutors are also singers - although the focus of the week is on the guitar and other instruments, instruments and singers are natural allies and song will have its place in the week.
The summer schools are primarily aimed at adults and families.
